All transactions are secure, encrypted and purchase protected with PayPal. You can choose to pay with your PayPal account or credit card even if you don’t have an account. I will never see your credit card info, just your shipping details and email so I can send the items you’ve purchased.
I will retain your information only for as long as needed to provide the Services to you.
You don’t have to create an account to visit or shop on this site.
Returns & exchange
Please read carefully the item description so you will select the right color, size and shape!
If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me immediately so we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction!
Should a refund be necessary, items must be returned within 10 days of receipt. Refunds will be given for the purchase price only and excludes shipping costs. Refunds will given after the item has been returned in the condition it was sent to the buyer.
No cancellations.
Shipping
All items will be shipped within 2 business days of notice of payment from PayPal.
Please contact me if you have a preferred shipping metode. Shipments will be made to the PayPal address unless otherwise stated. This must be indicated prior to check out.
Please specify the “Ship to” address IF DIFFERENT in the comment area of your order.
Please remember that you are responsible for any customs fees associated with international shipping.
If you do not receive your package, please contact me immediately. If your package does get lost in the mail, only the cost of your item/s will be refunded to you if your item was insured. Shipping costs are not refunded. Insurance is not included in shipping costs unless your purchase is $100 or more. Only your items are insured, not shipping costs. Please contact me for insurance rates if you wish to purchase insurance. I will then adjust your shipping rate before you purchase or can send you a PayPal invoice for the extra shipping costs.
